The Last Week

This is the last week for the micro aquariums. It had not changed from the last week very much. There was the same amount of movement and I saw the same specimens as I did the week before. There was a strange green web like thing in the aquarium. When i looked at it under the microscope it seemed to be made up of lots of tiny filaments. This seems to be the place where most of the little creatures of my micro aquarium like to hang out. The plants seemed to be smaller and there was less dirt at the bottom of the tank.

Fourth Week

So this week I went and observed my Micro Aquarium. I observed a lot more movement and found a new specimen it was a Spirstomum I think. It slithered around like a snake and moved moderately quickly. He was clear except for his internal workings. I saw many of the same organisms I have been seeing for the past weeks. The whole aquarium seemed more alive, however. The aquarium is still losing water and I have to keep adding normal tap water. I do not know why this happens. Next week will be the last week to observe out micro aquariums.  I have several pictures to post and credit. One more to follow next week as well.
